Painted immediately after an eight week stay with my sister during which her second child was born at home, this group of paintings aimed to instill the sense of quiet that can fill a home in the days following a birth. 8 large oil paintings on paper(up to 56"x72"), 8 ft small oil paintings on panel (12"x12") and 6 small charcoal, pen and ink drawing son paper (<8"x10")
